Mark A. Pensiero "Chairman"

Born on May 24, 1967 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, my father is Major John J. Pensiero and my mother is Barbara A Pensiero. I grew up in Golden Colorado and attended school there, participating in all things mechanical starting at age 5. At age 24 I was an ASE certified Master Auto Technician building and racing cars on the SCCA circuit for a living. At age 30 I was production manager at a fiber-optic manufacturing company. At age 34 I was working as an industrial plant maintenance manager in food processing. For three years I was a self employed handyman and restored sailboats and classic cars in Florida. I am currently a certified Boiler and Chiller Master Technician in Denver Co. Current projects include: Excel Energy, Qwest, Denver Water, Jefferson County Public Schools, Cisco, Borders and the City of Thornton, Including The Wes Brown Water Treatment Plant.  I am happily married with one daughter. I enjoy inventing and own intellectual property on a magnetic window. I am currently developing magnetic engines and co-tri generation devices as a hobby. I would like to, one day soon, revolutionize the way the world makes and uses energy.

Randy Waits " President"

Born May 10, 1960 and grew up Gadsden, Alabama. Father of two children, divorced and have worked within the HVAC industry since 1982. Left Alabama in 1982 and moved to Katy, Texas (suburb of Houston) until 1994 where I started the HVAC profession. Relocated to Denver in March 1994 and have since been within my profession.

Hobbies:  Sports fanatic, fishing, outdoorsmen, sight seeing.

  Jim, born 1957 in Madison Wisconsin and is the oldest of 4 siblings. Graduated Stoughton High in 1975 and joined the US Navy. Jim traveled the Pacific basin for 3 years as a Communications Technician. Attended the University of Wisconsin with studies in Visual Communications and Graphic Arts. Moved to Florida in 1980 attending college and worked in several different industries including: Printing, Restaurants, Hospitality, Convenience Store Management, Public Relations Director of an Orthopedic Clinic, Marketing Director of a Hospital and owned a Bicycle Store on Clearwater Beach.

   In 1986 Jim started Reflextions Photography and Video Productions. The company is still operating with his wife Pam (whom he married in 1997) at the helm mostly working the wedding industry.

   Jim and Pam currently live in Central Florida. They are raising their daughter Tessa in a home that they built themselves. In Central Florida Jim worked as a Media Buyer for an Advertising Firm and In 2003 Jim began a new career in the Commercial Satellite Communications industry. He travels the eastern seaboard installing systems for a variety of companies including Hughes and Spacenet.

   Hobbies include: Fishing, bicycling (Jim rode to Florida from Wisconsin) and boating. With all the problems in the world Jim would like to do his part in making our planet a better place for our future and our children.

Bruce Thompson / Business Director – Currently lives in Chandler, AZ.  Born 1957.  Married with four children.  B.A. History, ASU, 1991.  A.A.S. Computer Sciences, ITT Technical Institute, 1985.  President of Imagine Audio Video, a home electronics contractor, located in Arizona, 1999 - present.  Imagine Audio Video opened for business in 1999.  Bruce is the 100% owner.  In its first year of business, it made $80,000 in sales.  In 2007, Imagine Audio Video produced $1,550,000 in sales.  As of September 2008, sales have exceeded the $1.5 million mark.   Imagine Audio Video has grown from one to 10 employees in nine years.  It has been a profitable service-based contracting company since its inception.   Recently, Bruce has been profoundly moved by world events concerning the price of oil, global warming and other energy issues.  In reaction, he is motivated to help develop alternative energy solutions.  This interest has driven Bruce toward partnering with an innovative manufacturer to use technology to help generate energy saving products.

Born May of 72, raised in California. Education within the medical industry and over fifteen years  involving myself in administration some volunteer work and helping my husband launch his passion of helping our energy problems that are on the rise. We share a daughter and my mother lives with us as well.
